Return Policy

At primarySports we operate a 7 days of receipt return policy  . This means that if you aren't happy with your order whether it be the size doesn't fit or that it is simply not what you were expecting upon placing your order we will accept it back for a refund on the product or an exchange (exchanged item(s) there might be a carriage charge). Simply return the unused item(s) in the condition that you received it in along with details of your name, address, contact telephone number, order number and details of what the problem with the item(s) is and what you would like us to do and we will sort it out for you. Please note that this policy covers only items not used or damaged. primarysports also reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange on any item(s) due to hygiene reasons. We will not pay customs charges on returns.

Returns/Faulty Goods

International returns can be returned but only for a refund, we will not replace goods returned. We will not pay customs charges on returns.

Stock Levels

We try to keep all stock levels up to date, and display expected delivery times as guides only. In most cases primarySports will ship an item within or before the estimates given for a product, but occasions do arise where this is not the case, in these occasional instances we will notify the customer and attempt to keep them up do date with the order at all times.

Please be aware that for items that have been ordered in, sports storage and larger items in particular, we rely on the suppliers for speedy delivery and can only process these orders as quickly as they can. Again though, primarySports will do as much as we can to ensure your order is processed within the times given.

UK Delivery Charges - orders  under £25.00 delivery £3.95    for deliveries over £25.00 delivery £6.00 

  Your signature may be required by the carrier. Please note there is extra carriage on the heavier and larger item but this will be stated in the description.

your order will be dealt with as possible in order of receipt. Our aim is to process all orders within 7 working days of receipt not including weekends, but the larger items may take abit longer.

we send orders to anywhere within the United Kingdom, which includes England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. In the majority of instances postal surcharges will apply to The Isle of White, The Isle of Scilly, The Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, these are calculated and included at the checkout.
